We have developed this policy to give you a hassle free shopping experience at our online store. If you want to return the product you can do so, with in a period of 30 days, from the date of dispatch.
You can return the product in following cases:
- Product has a manufacturing defect or
- Damaged product in transit or
- Mismatched product delivery
To return the product you need to follow these steps:
- Put the product in the original packaging.
- Insert the original invoice and keep duplicate copy of invoice.
- Mention the reason for return on the back of invoice.
- Seal the package.
- Send the product.
To send the product back you can use the any good courier service. After receiving the product, our quality management team will inspect the item and on confirming the defect mentioned by you, you will we offered direct payment will be made within seven days in to your bank account equal to the value of product + Minimum courier charges as per weight and volume of product.
