Q :How can I change my password?
A : To change your password, login to sanjeevkahali.com and click on 'My Account' link displayed on the top right corner of homepage. Here the 'Change Password' link will help you reset your password.
Q :How can I check my order status?
A : You can always keep track of the status of your order. Login to your 'My Account' and then to 'My Orders'. Listed here are the items you ordered and information about shipping and payment status. When you click, you can view your listed items in a separate document confirming your order with the respective order details.
Q :Can the orders be cancelled later on?
A : You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order. For this you need to mail us at info@sanjeevkahali.com It is not possible to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing the order because the order automatically gets reserved exclusively for you on your confirmation. This order then gets dispatched by our team.
Q :Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
A : Yes, it is possible to order a product which you like and that is "Out of stock" you will click on "Add to Wishlist"
Q : What payment options are available with SanbjeevKahali.com?
A : We currently offer Credit/Debit card and net-banking options. You can choose your preferred mode of payment when you place an order.
Shipping & Delivery
Q : How long will it take me to receive my order?
A : Orders are processed immediately after the sales end and most orders are dispatch in 10-15 business days. In a few cases, the orders are made to order and might take longer than the usual delivery.
Q : How much does shipping cost?
A : Most products on our site are offered with free shipping for your convenience. Shipping costs, if any, are stated clearly near the product view.
Q : What is your return policy?
A : You are liable to get a full refund in the form of store credits in case
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery
- The merchandise has been damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging
- All you need to do is to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel by writing to us info@sanjeevkahali.com and sending us the image of the concern product, also, couriering us the parcel which should reach us within 15 days of informing us. send an email to info@sanjeevkahali.com in which you briefly tell us your request including your order number. We can then create a return request and send you an email regarding the return pick-up. Our courier partners will get in touch with you and arrange for the pick-up.
Q :When and how do I get the refund?
A : The refund amount will be credited back into your Sanjeevkahali.com account in the form of store credits.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. wall decor packed in its original packing and returned).
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
